SCOPE OF WORKS :
- Review the Fire safety assessment reports and CAP's (if available) for faultless understanding of the requirements.
- Accordingly they will draw up fire safety and security plans, test the design with comply the related codes, standards and regulations such as sprinkler, water mist, gas extinguishing systems, fire detection and alarm systems and fire hydrant and standpipe system.
- We also use our specialist knowledge of fire detection & protection systems to design, assess or modify existing systems.
- Our team provides for safe buildings without compromising the design vision. We develop performance-based solutions, which are both cost-effective and suited to the view of the buildings.
- During design works our team always focus on the common principles like Prevention, Detection and Communication, Occupant Protection, Containment and Extinguishment.
- Our team will assist you to get the proposed design approval from the authorities i.e RSC, Accord, Alliance, DIFE and Fire Services & Civil defenses
- Based on approved design we will provide you the details specification with bill of quantity (BOQ) and if required our team will sit with your nominated contactor for briefing on the requirements.
